 3 cups flour
 3 cups white sugar
 1 tsp salt
 1 ½ tsp baking soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 2 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp vanilla
 4 eggs
 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
 3 cups grated Witten's zucchini (Deseeded & Peeled)
Penuche Frosting:
  cup real butter
 1 cup brown sugar
 ¼ cup milk
 1 3/4 - 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar

Stir all together, pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes or until done.

Frosting:

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add sugar. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in milk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Cool to luke warm. Stir in sugar. Spread quickly.
