Cake
 2 cups Sugar
 3 Eggs
 1 cup Oil
 2 cups Witten’s raw Zucchini (peeled & grated)
 2 cups Flour (Not sifted)
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 2 tsp Baking Soda
 3 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 cup Chopped Nuts
Glaze
 4 tbsp Sugar
 3 tbsp Water
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 ¼ cups Confectioners Sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla

Combine Ingredients for Cake. Bake at 250 degrees in a bundt pan for 1 hour or a 9x13 pan for 40 minutes.

For the Glaze: In a sauce pan, mix water and sugar on medium– high heat until it boils.

Let cool then add 1 Tbsp. butter; 1 1/4 cup Confectioners sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla.

Mix well and put on cake.
