 4 Eggs
 ½ cup Oil
 2 cups Sugar
 2 cups Flour
 2 tsp Soda
 2 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tsp Salt
 4 tbsp Cocoa
 1 tsp Vanilla
 3 cups grated Witten’s Zucchini
 1 cup Nuts (optional)
 Handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Frosting:
 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
 ¾ cup Butter, softened
 3 cups Powdered Sugar
 2 tbsp Cocoa
 1 tsp Vanilla

Beat the first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes.

Add dry ingredients & then stir in remaining 4 ingredients.

Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 350 for 25-30 min. Cool.

Mix together frosting ingredients & spread on cooled brownies.
