1 small head of Witten's cabbage
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
8 oz cubed Velveeta
Ritz Cracker Crumbs

Chop cabbage and boil 5-10 minutes until tender. Make white sauce with milk, salt, butter and flour. Stir in Velveeta. Spray 2 quart casserole dish. Add cabbage. Pour sauce over cabbage. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
