 3-4 fresh Sweet Georgia Peaches, sliced
 1 cup sugar
 ¼ cup cornstarch
 1 small packet of peach Jell-O
 1 cup water

Cook sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O and water together until thick. Fold in the sliced peaches. Add to baked and cooled pie crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
