1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese
3 cups Witten’s Sweet Corn (cut off the cob)
4 thick slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
1 small can diced green chiles
½ cup diced Green Onion
2 Witten’s Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Add mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Add in the rest of ingredients (corn, shredded cheese, chiles, green onion and jalapenos) and mix all together.

Refrigerate until eating. Best served cold with chips or vegetables.

Double this recipe to share...one batch is pretty small.

The title of this recipe sounds delicious but the bacon isn’t included in the recipe. I assume it is sliced bacon but how much? Thank you! I would like to make it this weekend.
