 4-5 ears Witten's Sweet Corn (may substitute 1 can whole kernel corn)
 1 can creamed corn
 8 oz sour cream
 2 eggs, beaten
 1 box corn muffin mix
 1 stick butter, melted

Boil ears of corn 15 minutes and cut off the cob. Combine corn with remaining ingredients and pour into large, lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
