Unroll Crescent Dough and separate into individual triangles.
Place a peach quarter at the wide end of a crescent roll triangle and roll dough around the peach, from wide dough end to small.
Place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Repeat with remaining crescent dough triangles and peach quarters.
Melt butter. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir until well combined. Spoon sugar mixture over the peach rolls. Pour in Sprite. Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes. Serve warm
OPTIONAL: Peel the peaches if you like but the skins bake up tender. Diet soda works fine in this recipe. Add a dollop of whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream when serving if you like.
