3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups oil

1 tsp Baking soda
3 cups flour
1 tsp Cinnamon

For Icing
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup milk

Instructions Cake
Cream eggs with sugar. Mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with oil. Add vanilla and apples. Bake 1 hour at 350℉ in a grease bundt pan.
Instructions Icing
Add all 3 ingredients in a small saucepan, heat to boil. Boil 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 ½ cups powdered sugar. After removing the cake from the oven, pour icing over the cake.
