Vidalia Onion Dip

 1 tbsp butter
 3 large Vidalia onions, chopped
 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 tsp hot sauce
 Paprika for garnish

1. Sauté onions in butter until tender (6-8 minutes)

2. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, mayo, and hot sauce.

3. Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with chips
