Sweet Potato Souffle Crunch

Ingredients:
 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
 1 cup sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 2 ½ tbsp butter, melted
 ½ cup milk
 1 tsp vanilla
For the Crunch Topping:
 2 ½ tbsp margarine, melted
 1 cup brown sugar
 3 cups flour
 1 cup pecans or cornflakes

Mix all ingredients together & pour into a greased baking dish. Cover with crunch topping.
Bake at 350° for 35 mins.
