Pasta Salad

 16 oz pasta
 ½ cup olive oil
 Lemon juice from 1 lemon
 2 ears of Witten’s corn (depending on how much you want)
 1 medium Witten's cucumber cut into small pieces
 1 small red onion
 Salt and pepper to taste
 ½ cup bacon crumbles

Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 16oz. of pasta and cook until tender. Drain and rinse well with cold water.


While the pasta cooks, in a large bowl cut up the cucumbers. Take corn off the cob. Chop red onion. Mix up Olive oil, lemon juice and bacon crumbles to make the dressing.


In a big serving bowl add pasta along with all other ingredients including the dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
