Mom’s Roast

 Chuck Roast from 3-D Meats
 6 large Potatoes, cut into 2” pieces
 4 large Carrots
 2 large onions, cut into 1” slices
 4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
 1 package of Mushrooms
 ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
 Salt & Pepper
 Season Salt
 2 cups Water

Clean all vegetables and cut them into 1”-2” slices.

Salt & Pepper meat & brown in a skillet.

Remove from skillet and place in crock pot. Pour apple cider vinegar over meat.

Pour in water & add bouillon cubes. Cook on high for 2 hours.

Add vegetables and cook for another 2 hours. Turn on low for the last 30 minutes.
