Momma Witten’s Macaroni

 2 cups cooked Macaroni
 3 to 4 Witten's cucumber, thinly sliced
 1 ½ cups sugar
 1 cup Water
 ¾ cup vinegar
 1 tbsp prepared mustard
 1 tbsp parsley flakes
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp garlic salt

Stir cooked macaroni and cucumber in a salad bowl.


Whisk sugar, water, vinegar, mustard, parsley flakes, salt and garlic salt in a separate bowl until sugar and salt have dissolved.


Pour dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss lightly to coat with dressing.


Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl, then season to taste with salt and pepper.


Let chill for 2 hours before serving.
