 3 lbs Little red potatoes
 ¼ cup Olive oil
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper

Preheat the oven to 450°

Toss halved potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper

Then cook, cut side down on a cookie sheet

Cook for 30 minutes, shoulder be tender and golden brown
