Grilled Peaches with Brown Sugar

 4 Sweet Georgia Peaches
 2 tbsp Butter (at room temp)
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 Dash of Cinnamon

Halve the peaches while removing the pit. Do not peel the skin off, though. Place cut side down on a hot grill. Grill for 5 minutes or until you have nice grill marks. Mix brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Fill pit cavity with the mixture and grill until bubbly and mixture has melted. Serve with any flavor of ice cream!
