Preheat oven to 350℉. Remove skin from ripe peach and blend until it makes a smooth paste.
Place bacon on a cooling rack on a sheet pan.
Bake bacon for 10 minutes.
Turn bacon over and bake for another 5 minutes.
Glaze bacon with peach paste on alternating sides, approximately every five minutes for about 35 minutes. Chop into small pieces.
Steam green beans until cooked through but not limp.
Run under cold water to stop cooking (especially important if you like crisp beans)
With remaining peach sauce, add sriracha to taste.
Combine beans and bacon pieces and drizzle with peach sriracha sauce.
