Print Options:

Grandma Sally’s Scalloped Corn

 4 -5 ears Wittens sweet corn boiled for 6-8 minutes and cut off the cob (or 1 can whole kernel corn)
 1 can creamed style corn
 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
 8 oz sour cream
 1 egg, beaten
 1 tbsp sugar
 ¾ stick butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large, greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
