Grammer Family Pepper Jelly

 1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
 6 ½ cups sugar
 6 tbsp or 1 packet of pectin
 2 ¾ cups finely chopped Witten’s peppers

Boil first 3 ingredients. Once boiling add pectin then peppers. Then add all sugar at once while it’s boiling. Bring back to a boil then pour in jars. They will self seal or water bath for 10 minutes. Makes 8 jelly jars or 4 pints.
