Print Options:

Corn Salsa

 ½ dozen ears of Witten's sweet corn
 ½ cup Witten's green pepper
 ½ cup red onion
 1 or 2 Witten's jalapenos
 1 clove garlic
 Handful fresh cilantro
 2 tbsp lemon and lime juice
 Salt and pepper to taste

Microwave corn 2 minutes per ear and cut off the cob.


Combine all ingredients and serve.
