Corn Salsa

dozen ears of Witten's sweet corn

cup
Witten's green pepper
½
cup
red onion

or 2 Witten's jalapenos
1
clove garlic
Handful fresh cilantro

lemon and lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Microwave corn 2 minutes per ear and cut off the cob.
