Corn & Black Bean Salsa

4-5 Witten's Sweet Corn

2 Black Beans (drained and rinsed)

1 Witten's jalapeno, chopped

½ Witten's green pepper, chopped

2-3 Witten's Tomatoes, chopped

1 cup Catalina dressing

15 leaves of Cilantro, chopped to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Stir and Serve.
