Chicken Stuffed Green Peppers

 6 halved Witten's green peppers
 1 cup cooked rice
 Approx. 1/2 c. salsa (or to taste)
 Approx. 1/3 c. shredded cheese (or to taste)
 Half can black beans
 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded)

Cool the chicken and rice

Cut your green peppers into halves

In a bowl, take cooked rice; add salsa, cheese, and beans. Mix. Shred chicken breast and add to rice mixture. Stuff peppers with rice mixture.

Top with extra cheese and chicken.
