Cheesy Jalapeño Potato Bites

 2 qts Witten's little white potatoes
 3 Witten's jalapenos, diced
 ¾ cup Sour Cream
 8 oz Pack of cream cheese
 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
 ½ of Witten's Vidalia onion, minced
 1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Wash all fresh produce. Slice little potatoes in half, microwave 5 minutes, or until fork tender. Let cool, scoop out the center. Mix together centers with all remaining ingredients in bowl. Scoop filling into potato remains. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheese has melted.
