Candied Yams

 5 lbs yams
 1 stick butter, melted
 1 cup brown sugar
 mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350℉. Boil 5 lb. of yams until soft, let cool and remove skins and cut into small chunks. Arrange yams in baking dish.
Pour 1 stick of melted butter over yams.
Sprinkle 1 cup of brown sugar over yams and cover with mini marshmallows.
Bake for 20 minutes or until marshmallows slightly melted.
