Belt Bustin’ Bacon Corn Dip

 1 cup Mayonnaise
 1 cup Sour Cream
 8 oz Cream Cheese
 3 cups Witten’s Sweet Corn (cut off the cob)
 2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
 1 small can diced green chiles
 ½ cup diced Green Onion
 2 Witten’s Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Add mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.


Add in the rest of ingredients (corn, shredded cheese, chiles, green onion and jalapenos) and mix all together.


Refrigerate until eating. Best served cold with chips or vegetables.


Double this recipe to batch is pretty small.
