Bacon Corn Dip

 2 cups Witten's Sweet Corn
 1 Can diced green chiles-drained
 4 oz cream cheese, softened
 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
 4 oz sour cream
 ¾ cup mayonnaise
 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo. Stir until smooth. Stir in corn, chiles and cheese. Transfer to a service dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with crumbled bacon. If you prefer it hot, bake at 375 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
